What will you be doing?

As a cleaning staff member, you are responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and preparing homes for handover. Some homes are cleaned on a regular basis, while others are prepared for new residents. You will work at various locations, maintain close contact with your supervisor, and work with the team to ensure results that satisfy both residents and clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inspecting homes and identifying issues
  • Performing regular cleaning in occupied homes
  • Perform a final cleaning when residents move out
  • Preparing homes so they are clean and tidy for new residents
  • Coordinate with your manager regarding tasks and scheduling
  • Speak politely to residents and, when necessary, address their behavior

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who’s a go-getter, works carefully, and understands how important a clean home is. You don’t have to be an expert in everything, but you’re reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working independently. You’re also able to communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and your supervisor.

We ask that you:

  • You like to work neatly and have an eye for detail
  • You are in good physical condition
  • You can work independently
  • You have a class B drivers license
  • You can handle stress and aren't afraid of getting your hands dirty
  • You should ideally live in the Dordrecht, Gorinchem, or Tiel area
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English, or Polish; fluency in English is preferred

  • A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €2,800, depending on your skills and experience
  • A 36- to 40-hour workweek (occasionally working 4 days a week, subject to agreement)
